How does BOTOX Work?

The Botox protein blocks the receptors which stops the signaling that occur in the muscles. These muscles are then no longer able to send contraction signals to the brain which normally result in wrinkles and creases. No signals leads to relax and soft skin.

Before The Treatment

Avoid alcohol 24 hours before the appointment and avoid any blood thinning supplements. It is important to let your injector know of any medications, supplements or health history before the treatment. If you are or think you could be pregnant, you should not be getting Botox.
